MANUFACTURING TIMES AND DELIVERY. As the products are hand-made manufacturing, the manufacturing times could be change depending on the material, colour or combination you have choosen. The stablished times for each product are aproximatte and usually are fulfilled. The transit time will be depends on the agencies of transport and could be modificated in case of strikes, weather conditions or customs proceedings. We could not guarantee a determinate time on delivery.

SHIPMENTS: All of dispatches will be done in normal package with complete discretion and never refers to the kind of goods purchased. All of dispatches sending by normal post will be send certificated, so only could take the package the person who is on the addressee or by someone who will be authorized by the addressee itself. To speed up the deliveries you should to put in the order sheet a telephone number.

Shipping cost: Shipping charge include packaging, handling and shipping. They may containe a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. The price will be given clearly with shipping included at checkout.

GUARANTEE: All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

RETURNS: We do not accepted return of our products manufactured by order, every product is manufactured according to the specifications of the customer. Spanish Law 7/1996, 15th of January, Regulation of Retail Trade. Article 45.

Our footwear is not suitable for walking, therefore their use is not recommended because it may cause serious injuries. In no event shall we are responsible for possible injuries.

In case you had bought some product in Stock, if the goods are not from your pleasant, you could send back to us in case that you had not wear it and must fulfill the following conditions according to our Spanish Law 7/1996, 15th of January, Regulation of Retail Trade. Article 44.

  1. In case you have received a Stock product, you have 7 days to send back us the package from the day you have received (you could not send us back before these day).

  2. The product should be properly packaged and stamped.

  3. You should to detail you customer number and the corresponding invoice.
